Reiki Intensive Healing – Guided Meditation &
Reiki Treatment

This is a more intensive, participatory healing session for those who want to address heavy emotions in a more active way and need to come away with some tools to continue working on them in their own time.

The idea behind soul retrieval is that a part of the soul lost due to a traumatic event can be reintegrated, making the person whole again.
​
You may feel like a part of you is missing. A mental wound occurred due to some past traumatic event. During this time, you developed a limiting negative belief that you have carried forward into adulthood, and you’re ready to get some healing around what happened, to remove the blocked thinking that has you stuck.
​
In this session, we discuss the wound and the limiting belief. Then, through guided meditation, I help you revisit that period of time, meet your younger self, and recall what else was happening at the time. Very often, clients gain a clearer, more comprehensive picture of the environment, key players, and thoughts, one that is more vivid than what we recall in our adult minds. It’s very enlightening as more is revealed, helping you to broaden your perspective and compassion for yourself.

Towards the end of the mediation, we reintegrate the part of the self that was lost and establish a new, more positive belief statement for you to work with in present-day you. I also deliver loving, healing Reiki energy so you leave feeling lighter, freer, and invigorated.

The reiki is typically done in the animal’s home, boarding setting, etc., where they are most comfortable.​​
​
*Sometimes getting acquainted takes a while. A lot of the time, the session has stops and starts as the animal moves around. I go until I am satisfied they got a great session. We go with the flow in Reiki and with animals.
